Whereas the Plymouth Proprietors (so called) have impowered John North lieut. of Pemaquid Fort, and Samuel Goodwin of Charlestown, to survey large tracts of land at the eastern parts of this province ... In order to prevent such mean and abusive constructions for the future, the Proprietors of the Lands Formerly Belonging to Mr. George Davie at the adjournment of their meeting in Boston, March 7. 1750, voted, that an extract of the patent of the Plymouth Proprietors be herewith printed
